Weddings


Please note that Annabelle & Ash are based in the Hawkes Bay so additional fees including petrol and accommodation may be added to your quote. See Additional Costs at the bottom of this page.

Price Range $500 - $1300
Depending on the length of time you need Annabelle & Ash for, the price for a wedding can range anywhere from $500 - $1300.  Please contact them for the personalised quote. 

As a guideline, and not limited to, Annabelle & Ash can play for the following days events:
Ceremony - As guests are arriving and being seated, as you walk down the aisle, during the signing of the register and as you exit as a newly married couple!
Drinks & Canapes - While you are whisked away by your photographer, we can entertain your guests with some great acoustic covers. 
Reception/Dinner - While you are eating and socialising, we can play some non-obtrusive background music.
The Evening Reception/Party - We can play your first dance, and then get everyone up singing and dancing with several hours of music.
  1. Drinks & Canapes $500

    2 hours of specialised music for your wedding while guests are mingling over drinks and nibbles!
  2. Half Day Wedding Package $750

    Music during the ceremony (as guests arrive, a song as you walk up the aisle, while you are signing the register and as you leave), 1.5 hours of acoustic music during drinks/canapes and 1 hour during dinner.
  3. Full Day Wedding Package $1300

    Up to 5 hours of live music! All music requirements covered for the entire day and night! Includes acoustic music as guests arrive, during the ceremony. drinks & canapes. and then lively up-beat music for the big party!

Corporate Events & Parties


There is no specific package as we would like this tailored specifically for your event. 
Annabelle & Ash can be a laid-back acoustic duo, play upbeat music or come alive with a full band. It really depends on what you are looking for!
  1. Annabelle & Ash Duo $500

    2 hours of music, tailored for your event. Options can include relaxing background music, up beat sing-a-longs, themed sets eg country, classic rock. Just let us know what you want to hear!
  2. The Stereos Band $2000

    3 hours of music from our 4-Piece Party Band 'The Stereos'. High energy, modern band with experienced musicians bringing together a diverse range of expertise, experience and skill. Guaranteed to fill a dance floor!

Addtional Costs

Petrol
For areas outside of the Hawkes Bay, an extra fee will be added to your quote for petrol. The rate is 35 cents per/km.  For example, Wellington $220, Auckland $290, Masterton $160, Taupo $100, Palmerston North $105, Gisborne $150, Rotorua $160, Tauranga $200.

In most cases where a full band is required, we need to take two cars so the amount will be doubled.


Accommodation
For areas outside of the Hawkes Bay, and depending on the finish time, an accommodation fee may be added to your quote. This will be between $100 - $150 per night. However, some clients prefer to organise the accommodation for us.
